The BAP (Binary Analysis Platform) is built and maintained by David Brumley’s research group at Carnegie Mellon University.

• The BAP library is maintained by Ivan Gotovchits.
• QIRA was created and maintained by George Hotz. The original QIRA implementation was created during an internship at Google.
